Position Overview The Sr International Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling the global expansion of Adaptive Biotechnologies' diagnostic technologies. This position orchestrates execution of international tech transfer initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and consistent performance standards across global partner laboratories. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, this role provides deep operational expertise to drive scalable processes, align stakeholders and ensure seamless deployment of the clonoSEQ® Assay in international markets. The Sr International Operations Manager consults on planning, coordination, and execution of global tech transfer programs. As the international business scales, this individual must bring a commercially minded approach to operations, ensuring operational strategy and execution are directly aligned with market growth, customer needs, and broader commercial priorities. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a matrixed environment, brings strong operational rigor, and effectively translates strategy into execution at scale. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions International Onboarding & Workflow Implementation Orchestrate onboarding of international laboratories, including contract support, training, workflow design, documentation, and operational setup. Adapt workflows to regional requirements while maintaining alignment with global standards. Own and maintain customer master data in CRM (SFDC), ensuring accurate account information, activity tracking, and inquiry management. Cross-Functional Operations & Execution Serve as the primary operational liaison across commercial, medical, regulatory, quality, and market access teams. Partner cross-functionally to develop plans, insights, and materials for strategic execution. Provide demand forecasts to manufacturing and supply chain to support production planning. Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to manage reagent distribution, including pricing and INCO term alignment. Manage day-to-day communication and issue resolution with international distributors. Partner with Technical Support to identify and prioritize system and workflow enhancements. Global Partner Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and internal stakeholders. Capture customer feedback and escalate insights to inform operational and product enhancements. Operational Insights & Performance Management Deliver regular reporting on site performance, forecasts, and account health to senior leadership. Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve scalability and execution. All other duties as assigned Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Other) Required Bachelors + 12 years of related experience in international, diagnostic or laboratory operations Strong understanding of global healthcare systems and laboratory operations. Demonstrated success supporting complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed environment. Excellent communication skills with experience engaging partners and senior stakeholders. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive. Recognized for operational rigor and subject matter expertise. Flexible team player with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. Working Conditions Ability to travel 30% by air, train, or car required for regular internal and external business meetings which may include overnight and/or weekend travel.
