Responsibilities

  • Store Operations & Renovation Management

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, including foot traffic increase, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collect frontline customer feedback and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Sales Team Management and Training
  • Organize regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Enforce brand image guidelines, including grooming, dress code, and in-store behavior.
  • Inventory and Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate product deliveries, warehousing, and stock transfers to ensure timely supply to retail locations.
  • Manage in-store inventory, minimize slow-moving items, and handle clearance of unsellable stock.
  • Liaise with logistics and warehousing teams to improve delivery efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross-functional Communication and Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, customer service, and after-sales teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Provide regular reports to management on operational performance, issues, and improvement proposals.
  • Promote the implementation of digital tools (e.g., POS systems, store audit apps, BI dashboards) to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the home appliance or consumer electronics industry.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Additional Information

Location: Tai Seng Working Days : Monday - Friday Salary: $6,500 - $9,500 (negotiable,based on experience)
