Key Accountabilities Portfolio Strategy & Growth Choices (AMEA-wide) Define and steer AMEA category/portfolio strategy Cereals aligned to global portfolio/category strategy and cluster priorities. Translate AMEA Snacks strategic thrusts into a clear portfolio agenda (e.g., "Grow the Core / Build the Future" and the associated enablers such as occasions, portfolio shaping, and perfect-store execution). Establish "where to play / how to win" choices across AMEA markets, balancing core acceleration, emerging market expansion, and assortment/price-pack architecture (linked to affordability and distribution realities).
