Requirements

  • Minimal or no work experience required.
  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visa support, Forex, Insurance and ground transportation for domestic and international travel.
  • Communicate travel guidelines, advisories, and policy updates to employees and stakeholders
  • Supported visa processing and documentation requirements for international travel
  • Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, budgets, and approval workflows
  • Coordinate with travel management companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and vendors to secure cost-effective and timely bookings
  • Maintain accurate travel records, reports, and documentation for audit and reconciliation purposes
  • Process travel-related expenses and supported billing, invoicing, and reconciliation activities in coordination with Finance
  • Provides Concur Expense system support for Cummins card holders and management as and when required
  • Ensures timely general travel support, as identified by Travel Services Manager.
