The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end lifecycle of grants at AISG. The candidate will handle all grant operations (both incoming grant awards as well as external projects) to ensure smooth delivery of grant deliverables, adherence to grant terms and conditions, and strategic alignment with grant funding agencies to drive outcomes. This position will be hosted at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) under VP (Artificial Intelligence & Digital Economy)'s office and we welcome you to join our community. Key Responsibilities include: Review and coordinate grant proposals, budgets and supporting documents before submission and ensure that proposals comply with sponsor guidelines and institution policies. Manage awarded grants and serve as the key liaison person. Monitor grant expenditures against approved budgets and review spending requests to ensure allowability and compliance. Track Project balances and forecast funding utilization. Implementing grant calls and external projects which will include organisation of evaluation committees, tracking of milestones and claims. Coordinate preparation and submission of technical, progress and financial reports. Facilitate communication among administrators, leaders, finance teams and external stakeholders. Develop and improve grant administration processes and workflows
