About the role

We're hiring a hands-on Technical Aircraft Specialist to join a high-performing team and contribute directly to production quality, process improvement, and new product launches. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to production, ensuring optimal product performance and quality. Manage product definition and evolution, working closely with IPT (Integrated Product Team). Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvement activities (8D, FTQP). Coordinate new product introductions and support customer return investigations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and maintain key KPIs (R1, FPY).
