Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Geology, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of geotechnical laboratory testing experience, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of soil, aggregate, and geotechnical laboratory testing methods
- Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, and applicable industry testing standards
- Experience supporting laboratory accreditation programs, quality management systems, and QA/QC processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or similar laboratory software
- Understanding of laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and certification requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy
