Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow dashboards, widgets, and reporting solutions. Implement advanced analytics capabilities to track KRIs, KPIs, and other operational metrics. Create intuitive visualizations and data models for risk and performance monitoring.
• Data Integration & Management:
• Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources for comprehensive reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting modules.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow reporting and analytics.
• Performance Optimization:
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability for large datasets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and analytics components.
