• ● Retail, operations, inventory, merchandising, backstage, or production experience preferred
• ● Strong sense of urgency and time management
• ● Team player with strong communication skills
• ● Comfortable standing, lifting, steaming, organizing, and moving product throughout shifts
• ● Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling
• ● Interest in fashion, styling, live production, or social commerce is a plus
