IT Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
• Present and position solutions such as servers, networking, virtualisation, and cybersecurity systems to meet client needs.
• Work closely with engineers to develop tailored proposals and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term client engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integration, and enterprise solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally to attend client meetings and site visits.
