About the role
The ADM leads the entire Area Team (approx.2-3 resources) and ensures that primary and secondary sales (VOL & VAL) objectives are regularly being achieved. Develops the 'Route to Market' strategy together with the SM and ensures OTIF implementation. - Ensure compliance with trade spend (TTS) and incentive processes, including governance and controls
- Ownership of primary stock management, demand planning, and distributor financial health (JBP)
- Execution of RTM action plans and achievement of volume targets with accurate forecasting inputs (S&OP)
- Management of category/brand/SKU performance to deliver balanced and strategic business growth
- Lead and develop sales teams and front-liners, ensuring delivery of targets and strong execution in-market
- Drive customer engagement, negotiations, stakeholder alignment, and in-store execution excellence
