Pet Groomer

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, and styling pets to meet quality standards
• Handle pets safely and comfortably throughout the grooming process to minimize stress and ensure wellbeing
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming stations and equipment to uphold salon standards
• Assess pets' coat and skin condition and communicate relevant observations to team members or pet owners
• Deliver excellent customer service by building positive relationships with pet owners and addressing their needs
• Support day-to-day salon operations by collaborating with team members and assisting with tasks as needed
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Experience in pet grooming is preferred
• Grooming certification is an advantage
• Passion for animals and willingness to learn
• Patient, responsible, and attentive to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
