Truck Driver

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence.
• Clean driving record with good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or shifts when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ability to use GPS and delivery management systems.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Operate Class 4 vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies. Transport goods, equipment, or personnel to designated locations on schedule. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements. Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and supporting documents. Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements. Adhere to workplace safety procedures and road safety regulations. Coordinate with operations staff, customers, and site personnel regarding deliveries and collections. Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition. Assist with basic loading and unloading duties when required. Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or unexpected situations during transportation.
