Responsibilities

- Support compliance readiness for NPI, engineering changes, supplier changes, and regional expansions, identifying when regulatory updates or actions are required.
- Partner with Global Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Regional Operations to resolve compliance ‑ related shipment issues or customs holds.
- Assist in resolving customs or shipment holds related to technical compliance documentation or certification gaps.
- Continuously improve individual regulatory knowledge and maintain awareness of updates to applicable standards and requirements.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Extensive experience using engineering tools and software packages to test, design, and evaluate products and manufacturing processes; FMEA and design for serviceability experience a plus
- Experience with BOM management systems such as Windchill and change management processes
- Working knowledge of country‑specific technical regulations and conformity programs (e.g., CE, CCC, KC/KCC, NOM).
- Understanding of how ISO and IEC standards are referenced or mandated by national regulations.
