Job Description: As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound calls from both new and existing customers and agents seeking commercial insurance solutions. You'll gather key information during each call to craft tailored insurance proposals that meet the unique needs of every client. This role involves spending a significant portion of the day on the phone, managing high call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualified applicants will reside within 50 miles of our Plano, TX or Liberty Lake, WA office. Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
