We provide a work vehicle and a tool program to assist you in your day-to-day.STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULEYou can expect to work Monday through Friday, with the potential to be added to an on-call list.OUR IDEAL SERVICE HVAC TECHNICIAN:We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:Journeyperson certification8-10 years of experience in residential HVAC service; commercial service experience is an assetTech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, experience using Service Titan is an assetStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervisionPositive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skillsExperience with retro-fits is an assetClass 5 driver's license with a clean driving recordAttention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality workAnd who can manage these responsibilities:Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation unitsPerform routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure efficiency and longevityTroubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performanceProvide excellent customer service by explaining system issues and maintenance recommendationsAssist teammates during service callsEnsure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsMaintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts usedCollaborate with team members and dispatchers to complete jobs efficientlyFollow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sitesADVANCE YOUR CAREER WITH US!We succeed through teamwork, integrity, and a shared commitment to personal accountability, where every tradesperson's skill and dedication drives our reputation. Our ideal technician is experienced and ready to apply their commercial expertise to a service role with more autonomy, exposure to a wider variety of equipment, and a manageable pace of work.
Our residential service jobs are typically large custom homes, with high-end systems that mirror the complexity of those in commercial, so the right candidate will be comfortable navigating both residential and commercial jobs. Our focus is on technical excellence and customer relationships, not on ticket volume or aggressive sales quotas.
