To qualify for a(n) Industrial Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Formulating, determining, establishing, promulgating and optimizing manufacturing and supply chain instructions and manuals. Evaluating adequacy and accuracy, and determining changes to existing agency instructions and procedures based on changes in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR Supplement, DoD regulations, and other governing documents. Developing and maintaining unique courses that teach personnel how to develop and execute surveillance plans in accordance with instructions, and integration of agency contractor subcontract management concepts. Analyzing reviews of contractor management systems to measure the results of agency manufacturing and supply chain instructions and procedures at the contractor level.
