About the role
As a Production Specialist, you will help drive our goals by: Review workflows, set priorities and perform a wide variety of assignments with minimal supervision. Prepare production samples for QC analysis and collect and maintain product retain samples. Support in root cause investigations and problem solving activities related to product/process failures. Review completed batch sheets for errors and completeness and work with operators to resolve any reoccurring issues Perform lock out tag out of equipment for maintenance, and complete permit to work forms Work cross functionally with the maintenance team to schedule work, ensuring that both production and maintenance needs are met. Key Skills the will help you succeed in this role: High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years' clerical experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience working on a production floor desirable Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Able to build collaborative relationships to achieve JM goals.
