This role is a Senior Associate role in Third Bridge, and you'll be working with our Consulting Clients. What is Consulting? Our consulting clients work on behalf of large companies (e.g. Fortune 500's) or institutional investors and support them by doing deep dive research to provide guidance on their corporate strategy or investment decisions. The insights they get through our experts and content are the backbone of the recommendations they deliver to their clients. Role Overview The Senior Associate role is a client-facing role designed for high performers with a track record of commercial delivery and a leadership mindset. Operating as a bridge between specialist managers and the Vice President, this individual is expected to own critical workflows, deliver against key performance metrics, and support operational continuity of the Dubai office This is a high-trust, high-visibility role focused on consistent target attainment, quality delivery under pressure, and the ability to operate autonomously while aligning closely with leadership priorities. You must bring structure, urgency, and strategy to every touchpoint, whether engaging clients, screening experts, or managing internal workflows. Success Metrics Senior Associates are measured on commercial impact, operational readiness, and executional excellence. Core Responsibilities Expert Engagement Rapidly triage and assign briefs, ensuring no client requests go untracked within and relevant experts are identified and pitched within set SLAs. Take full ownership of expert delivery by custom sourcing and cold calling on all assigned projects, ensuring high relevance and speed. Deliver expert relevance statements with attention to project context. Reduce formatting or language inconsistencies to near-zero. Negotiate expert fees to reduce spec cost without compromising on fit or credibility. Client Execution and Project Ownership Lead project launches (both live projects and proposals) with speed and clarity, summarizing client goals, proactively proposing solutions and asking strategic questions to clarify ambiguities. Tailor outreach strategies to align with complex or strategic briefs, directly driving call conversion and client impact. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and additional profiles that align with client objectives. Take ownership of unresponsive clients by re-engaging them directly, surfacing fresh angles, proposing new expert types, and driving the project forward with urgency and creativity. Operational Leadership Drive individual productivity through structured daily check-ins, priority setting, and assigned task ownership. Maintain clear records of owned projects and priorities and keep them maintained on a daily basis. Internal Collaboration & Development Partner with managers to train juniors through live call coaching, email shadowing, and feedback loops. Provide structured, constructive feedback with a company-first mindset especially in moments requiring tough or corrective input. Model resilience, composure, and commercial thinking in moments of ambiguity or workload strain.
