Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years' experience in digital product management within fintech, payments, banking, remittance, or high-growth digital businesses.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling digital products that deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, experimentation, and product analytics.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, onboarding, conversion optimization, retention, and engagement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions using data and customer insights.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional, international environments.
  • Passion for solving customer problems and building simple, trusted digital experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead a strategic product domain within our European Digital business. You will translate the product vision into actionable roadmaps, drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes, and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a highly visible role balancing strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership.
