Job Description Associate Specialist Project Management Ubicación: Tlahualilo, Durango Duración: 18 meses Objetivo del puesto Asegurar la correcta implementación y seguimiento del programa de Zilmax en cuentas clave, supervisando procesos de recepción, fabricación, inventario, liberación y embarque de premezclas, así como la evaluación de procesos de manejo, sanidad, implantación y mezclado en campo, generando evidencia técnica y reportes que respalden la operación comercial. Responsabilidades clave Supervisar la recepción, control de inventario y consumo de Zilmax. Verificar la fabricación de premezclas y prevenir contaminación cruzada. Validar pruebas de liberación libre de zilpaterol con el laboratorio. Asegurar el cumplimiento en embarque, trazabilidad y disponibilidad de producto. Evaluar procesos de implantación, mezclado, muestreo y uso de Strip Test en campo. Elaborar reportes semanales, mensuales y finales, incluyendo desviaciones y consumos. Requisitos Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ciencias Agropecuarias o afines. Experiencia: 1 año trabajando con ganado bovino. Conocimientos deseables: Manejo de ganado bovino, control de inventarios, procesos de engorda, buenas prácticas de manejo, auditoría de procesos y elaboración de reportes técnicos.
