Job Description: Manufacturing Operator, 2nd Shift - Dover, NH At Pentair , you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet. We have an opportunity for an Manufacturing Operator to join our Dover, NH team. You will assemble components for carbon filters and will operate equipment used for assembly and packaging. This role requires following detailed SOP instructions and performing assigned tasks to meet quality and production standards. You will: Operate process baths and mixing equipment to produce formed filters while maintaining consistency and quality standards Run production equipment including turning machines and semi‑automatic table saws to support high‑volume manufacturing Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine 5S maintenance to minimize downtime Inspect and measure finished products using linear scales (including digital) to ensure compliance with specifications Accurately track and document production data, including batch counts and end‑of‑shift inventory totals Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while working in a physically demanding environment Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and support daily production goals Key Qualifications: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Experience operating industrial equipment such as saws, turning machines, or similar machinery Ability to read and use measuring tools, including linear scales and digital measurement devices Basic math skills for calculating measurements, tracking production counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy High school diploma or GED highly preferred Ability to stand for the full shift and perform physical tasks including walking, twisting, lifting, and lowering up to 50 pounds; must be comfortable working in areas where getting wet may occur Safety shoes are required on the production floor
