Design Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and facilitate design drawings utilizing BIM, Rino, Grasshopper and CAD technologies.
• Ensure all models are compatible and that BIM data is accessible to all project participants.
• Oversee coordination between architectural and structural interfaces, collaborating with main contractors and other trades for effective cross-team support.
• Work closely with the design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings meet design specifications.
• Manage design changes and revisions, addressing any discrepancies and queries between design and project teams.
• Attend site meetings as required and perform additional tasks as needed.
• Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction and architectural projects. (preferable in Façade/Roofing Trade).
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Rino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of DGN, DWF, IFC and MicroStation is a plus.
• Strong project management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
