In this role, you will support employee health, safety, and wellbeing while ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. You will collaborate with EHS, HR, and operational teams to deliver health surveillance, clinical care, and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to a safe and high-performing work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver occupational health surveillance programmes, including pre-employment and periodic health assessments Provide support to the first aid team, who are trained to provide first aid to the employees on site Identify workplace health risks and support risk assessments and preventative measures Coordinate vaccination programmes and infection prevention activities Support health promotion and wellbeing initiatives, including screenings and awareness campaigns Provide mental health support and signpost employees to relevant services Manage return-to-work and rehabilitation programmes Maintain confidential medical records in line with regulatory requirements Collaborate with EHS, HR, and external providers to ensure effective occupational health services Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
