Minimum Qualification Requirements: Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-14, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience: Managing federal assistance to state, local, or foreign governments, and leading complex financial and program analyses to provide senior leaders with strategic recommendations on the effective use of financial assistance resources. Directing enterprise evidence and evaluation activities, including developing evaluation plans, setting evidence priorities, and advising leadership on resulting policy or program improvements. Designing advanced forecasting models, analytical tools, or dashboards that support organizational resource planning, budget oversight, and performance management. Representing an organization in high-level departmental or interagency forums and coordinating inter/intra-agency or international financial agreements in compliance with laws and policies.
