About the role

JOB DESCRIPTION Core Responsibilities :- Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate meetings to gather insights and ensure alignment between business and technical teams Solution Design Support : Work with technical teams to evaluate solution options and ensure proposed designs meet business objectives API Documentation : Develop and maintain detailed API documentation to support integration and development efforts Testing & Quality Assurance : Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases, coordinating testing activities, and validating that solutions meet requirements Data Analysis : Leverage SQL to extract, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making and validate requirements Change Management : Assist in managing requirement changes and assessing their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery What We'reLooking For :- Technical Foundation : Strong foundational knowledge in Java (no need coding) and SQL API Expertise : Experience in utilizing and developing API documentation Attention to Detail : Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work Analytical Thinking : Strong aptitude for grasping complex ideas and translating them into practical solutions Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders Problem-Solving : Ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and propose effective solutions Beneficial Skills :- Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworks API Testing : Hands-on experience with API testing tools and methodologies Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 2-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related role Disclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your information.
