Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up, operate, and strike audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment for live events, meetings, and productions Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual systems before and during events to ensure seamless execution Coordinate with clients, event staff, and vendors to understand production requirements and deliver high-quality event support Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and inventory management of audiovisual equipment to ensure operational readiness Assist with event load-in/load-out activities, including equipment transportation, cabling, staging, and system configuration.
