The Head of the AI Strategy Center plays a pivotal role in the strategic governance and end-to-end management of the AI initiatives portfolio, along the entire lifecycle from concept to adoption, ensuring continuous alignment with business and strategic priorities and Flutter-level directives.

Responsibilities

• Join the team of Innovation Strategy and in particular the AI Strategy Center directly to the Innovation Strategy Director with the mandate to:
• Lead the definition and execution of the Flutter SEA's AI Strategy, ensuring it supports business goals and creates tangible value.
• Own and govern the AI project portfolio, overseeing initiative scoping, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery across functions.
• Ensure strategic alignment of AI initiatives with Flutter SEA and Group.
• Establish and run effective PMO practices for AI initiatives, ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely reporting.
• Overwatch of the qualitative and quantitative adoption on AI tools in order to define the real value
• Facilitate structured collaboration between business stakeholders, technology teams, and risk & compliance functions.
• Promote a responsible and compliant AI adoption, incorporating risk assessments, bias mitigation, and ethical AI principles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on emerging AI opportunities and implications.
• Champion a value-driven and pragmatic approach to AI, focusing on impact, scalability, and sustainability.
• Wh at you 'll bring:
• Master's degree in STEM, Economics, Management, Innovation Design or related fields.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments.
• Ability to define and lead effective governance models for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and long-term sustainability.
• Familiarity with business dynamics, regulatory logic, and peculiarities of typical revenue models useful in identifying high-value use cases.
• Understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, LLM, recommendation systems), their practical applications, and technical and ethical limitations.
• Strong capability in leading and managing multidisciplinary resources.
• Experience in planning, monitoring and delivery of complex projects, including in multi-stakeholder and technology-intensive contexts.
• Aptitude to interact effectively with business, IT, Risk & Compliance and Top Management functions, facilitating alignment and sponsorship of AI initiatives.
• Fluency in english is required , with strong written and verbal communication skills.
