About the role

This position will report to the Clinical Services Manager, Professional Practitioner. Accountabilities: Assessment and management of dysphagia using clinical and instrumental assessment Communication and screening/assessment and management Providing education, resources and referral to patients and families in a clear and accessible manner Completing assessments and relays findings to patients, families and inter-professional teams in a timely manner to facilitate access and flow Participating as part of the speech-language pathology team, attending meetings and education sessions where required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy; experience with Meditech an asset Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast paced medical environment Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team Experience with videofluoroscopy an asset Experience with tracheostomies an asset Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record required May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites Hours: Currently days/evenings including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements) Internal application deadline: June 12, 2026 Salary: Minimum: $45.58 Maximum: $59.09 Osler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
