Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation for migration and system enhancement initiatives
• Define and validate migration rules, data mappings, reconciliation logic, and acceptance criteria
• Act as the business SPOC during SIT and UAT phases, supporting testers and business users
• Participate in defect triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and closure validation
• Support UAT planning, test scenario walkthroughs, and sign-off coordination
• Prepare and deliver daily/weekly status reports, defect dashboards, and readiness metrics for leadership
• Collaborate closely with Technology, QA, Product Owners, and external vendors
• Ensure traceability from requirements to test scenarios and defects
• Required Skills & Experience
• 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience, with a strong focus on migration or transformation programs
• Strong experience supporting SIT and UAT activities
• Deep understanding of Insurance processes and data
• Experience with eBaoCloud, InsureMO, or similar core insurance platforms (preferred)
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and validation
• Familiarity with Agile / SDLC methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management ability

Additional Information

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting a large-scale migration and system transformation program. The role will focus on business requirement definition, migration validation, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring end-to-end business readiness for go-live.
