Responsibilities
- handling day-to-day communication with key customers in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
- supporting Key Account Managers in the area of requests for quotations (RFQs) and customer price lists
- managing, digitalising and automating business processes

- customer service experience is welcome
- ability to think outside the box in terms of problems arising, creativity and independence of action
- high communication skills and openness - both towards people and new knowledge
- well-developed skills of data analysis and synthesis
- knowledge of MS Office, with Excel in particular
