Cloud Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Software Developer for our back-end to join our global Azure development team. In this role, you will be responsible for Azure infrastructure such as code, pipelines and cloud architecture . You will also be developing and deploying scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions using node.js and Azure services. You will work close to other developers, testers and Product Owners in India and Sweden, to build and maintain our cloud infrastructure and applications. A key focus will be on ensuring the solutions we build are production-ready, adhering to best practice for security, performance and maintainability. You will contribute to the evolution of our cloud architecture and play a vital role in driving our cloud strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Node.js and Azure services
• Write clean, testable and well-documented code
• Ensure code adheres to established coding standards and best practices for production environments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub actions.
• Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
• Contribute to development of internal tools
• Design and maintain our Cloud infrastructure including infrastructure as code

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience within Back-end development
• 3+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, bicep or terraform infrastructure as code
• 3+ years of experience in Node.js, typescript, JavaScript
• 3+ years of experience in CI/CD pipelines
• 3+ years of experience in Azure cloud services
• 5+ years in containerization
• Experience in monitoring and logging tools
• Soft skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English , essential for clarity and alignment in a global development environment.
• High initiative and strong problem-solving ability - able to take ownership and drive work forward independently and together with the team.
