Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day in this role you'll:
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues, ensuring timely and accurate platform setup
  • Review and validate partner information, cross-checking with signed contracts
  • Create and review partner menus for accuracy and proper structure; coordinate translations if needed
  • Coordinate photography and ensure 100% image coverage for each partner during onboarding

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and with Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
  • Fluent in Russian, with good Kazakh and Intermediate English
  • Based in Astana

You will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure a seamless onboarding process by driving the resolution of any obstacles encountered.
