Salary: $65,027 - $79,116 plus super Tenure: Full-time/ Fixed Term (10 months) Location: Melbourne CBD Reporting to the Technical Lead - Payment Services, the Payment Services Officer plays a key role in ensuring customer payments and related enquiries are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for resolving payment issues, supporting registration and licensing transactions, and delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels.
