Position: Spare Parts Coordinator / Spare Parts Executive Location: Near Tuas West Road MRT Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical + Annual increment Duration: Permanent Industry: Manufacturer- Marine Main Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries for spare parts via email, phone and other communication channels. Review customer requirements, equipment details, technical specifications and part numbers to identify the correct spare parts. Prepare quotations, including pricing, lead time, delivery terms and product information. Follow up on quotations, customer orders and delivery status. Source spare parts from suppliers, principals, manufacturers and alternative sources. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Process quotations, sales orders and related documents in the ERP system. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, supplier pricing and customer information. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and order discrepancies professionally.
