Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle messaging strategy for Realtor.com+ , designing and building automated "always-on" email and in-app message series triggered by user behavior to drive activation and ongoing engagement.

- Establish and track key lifecycle KPIs , including activation rates, engagement depth, retention metrics, and user lifetime value, reporting results and insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Act as the strategic voice of your business line with senior leaders, confidently presenting product direction, business impact, and performance updates. Create presentation decks that document and summarize key test results.

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with a track record of owning end-to-end campaign programs.
- Hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within a SaaS product environment, with a strong understanding of how to drive user activation, feature adoption, and retention.
- Experience with email and in-app messaging channels, including behavioral triggers, segmentation, and personalization strategies - familiarity with tools like Intercom, Braze, or Cordial is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills - able to interpret engagement data, form hypotheses, run structured tests, and turn results into actionable improvements.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams, translating product strategy into user communication plans and managing competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a sharp eye for crafting messaging that is clear, on-brand, and compelling across email and in-product surfaces.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias toward action and iterative improvement.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
