Job DescriptionSalary: $52,337 Annually ($4,361.42 per month)Essential Functions:Administrative:Coordinate curriculum development and manage student enrollment with EPIC charter schools. Attend all IEP meetings with EPIC Charter School staff.Ensure curriculum meets required legislated and program standards.Schedule, supervise and evaluate the educational process for program students, to include GED academic classes, high school credit recovery, educational field trips, vocational courses, and other activities relating to the curriculum as necessary.Coordinate and schedule testing including but not limited to GED and academic achievement testing using the TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education).Responsible for gathering, preparing, and documenting student's academic statistical data upon Sooner Job ChalleNGe enrollment and completion.Primary point of contact for parents regarding education questions relating to their student.Managerial:Supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of the certified instructional staff to include interviewing and recommend hiring.Coordinate with other departments on program improvement and cooperative activities, must be a team player.Enforce program rules and policies in accordance with the Master Youth Programs Cooperative Agreement (MYPCA) and Oklahoma Military Department guidelines.Perform additional duties as required.Education and Experience: BA/BS and Oklahoma Teacher Certification required with documented supervisory experience.
