• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, Mathematics Education, or a related field. Preference may be given to candidates with doctoral coursework completed or progress toward a doctorate in a related field.

• $80,000 - $85,000

Purpose The Senior Field Trainer/Analyst will support the development and implementation of the Texas Intervention Academies, a statewide professional learning initiative designed to strengthen instructional systems and intervention practices in mathematics. This role will contribute to the development and refinement of mathematics professional learning content, serve as a mathematics content author and subject matter expert, facilitate Mathematics Intervention Academies sessions, and support the successful implementation of the pilot year of the Texas Intervention Academies.
