About the role

Innovative, multinational financial services and insurance solutions provider. Direct and guide clients through insurance policy and coverage questions. Manage, negotiate, and resolve claims efficiently with policyholders, workshops, and external insurance firms. Evaluate claims against policy terms to ensure accurate payouts within established authority thresholds. Maintain appropriate reserves for outstanding claims based on initial evaluations. Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries and customer concerns promptly. Coordinate seamlessly with external vendors, including surveyors, legal professionals, and repair networks. Audit and assess active claim files to ensure procedural alignment. Execute additional ad-hoc responsibilities and tasks as required by the team. Skills and Requirements Strong background in claims assessment and policy interpretation. Proven negotiation skills with the ability to settle claims across multiple parties. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle inquiries and complaints professionally. Ability to work within assigned authority limits and maintain accurate financial reserves. Experience collaborating with third-party vendors like repair shops and legal teams. Strong organizational skills for reviewing files and multitasking under tight timelines.
