Requirements

• Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience, will consider college students in engineering programs.
• Master's, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Additional Competencies
• Experience with one or more of the following: DFT, ATPG, Diagnostics, Data Analysis, Linux, Perl/Python.

General Summary Diagnostics Engineer in the Product Engineering Department. Support research and development of new capabilities in scan diagnostics, drive features into high-volume yield learning environment. Collaborate with design-for-test, product engineering, test engineering, and failure analysis departments while working on leading edge semiconductor technologies. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Investigate defects found in silicon and compare them to logic diagnosis for the purpose of improving diagnosis algorithms and tools, and supporting various development projects. Use of cross-functional software tools including yield management platform, logic diagnosis, VLSI CAD navigation, and an array of custom utilities. IT Core Competencies Linux basics: creating/managing/editing directories and files. Intermediate MS Excel skills: managing large sets of data, filter, sort, formulas, and pivot tables. Required Competencies Clear and concise communication, teamwork, strong analytical skills, MS Office.
