Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement next-generation architecture for banking systems, ensuring seamless integration and migration of legacy systems.
• Drive the adoption of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in project delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, interpreting business requirements and translating them into scalable and efficient web-based solutions.
• Maintain rigorous risk and cost management practices across various program segments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and audit standards.
• Required Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the Wealth, Digital, and Investment banking sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial markets, lending, wealth management, Agile transformations, and risk management.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Officer within top-tier financial institutions.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multimillion-dollar budgets and cross-cultural teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Technology or related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile Methodology, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-standard methodologies like BCBS239, FDSF, FATCA, IFRS, CRS, etc.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to project management and banking operations.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and work within a complex organizational structure.
