We are looking for a commercially driven, dynamic, and highly motivated individual to join our team as the Manager of the Zegna Salotto. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality mindset combined with a sharp business acumen. The Salotto Manager is responsible for the creating of the ultimate VIP Guest experience to Zegna Friends and Circa 300 Guests. This includes developing, establishing, and growing lasting relationships with existing & emerging clients thanks to exceptional outreach, events, experiences, in-store activations, custom products and gifting programs. Through extensive cross-functional partnership, this individual will focus on executing the overall client engagement and development strategy to support achievement of regional business objectives and revenue growth. The Salotto Manager must be strategic and, in partnership with commercial leadership, drive the execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients and brand desirability. The incumbent must possess a strong attention to detail, be innovative, creative and obsessive about the highest level of client experience initiatives. Reporting directly to the relevant Retail Manager with a functional dotted line to the Head of Personalization/ Su Misura. Key Result Areas are as follows: Top client relationships cultivation Act as brand ambassador by cultivating relationships with store level new and existing top clients, demonstrating excellence in selling, Clienteling, styling skills Work closely with Store Manager/CVM Manager and SAs to drive in store top client development and retention Partner with Store Managers and SAs to profile key store top tier clients, potential new clients, and their networks with a strategic engagement plan behind Event execution In store client event/ experience/gifting/appointment coordination and execution Support CVM Manager in identifying and exploring methods of generating new business through networking Support CVM Manager in managing CVM activities and initiatives e.g. international event nominations Client Engagement: - Partner with the Global Personalization team ensuring the local strategy supports the global Client Relations vision and objectives - In collaboration with retail leadership, create and map annual client events and ensure all events are delivered in a seamless and elevated manner with a hands-on mindset - In collaboration with merchandising and retail teams, drive a strategy for uber luxury and Bespoke product categories within the Salotto - Responsible for end-to-end experience and execution of Salotto top client activation by developing and elevating guest relationships - Consistently pursue the creation of elevated experiences for VIP client events attached to targets and KPIs. - In partnership with retail management, host and entertain clients regularly to maintain and continue to build existing relationships with top clients / Zegna Friends - Establish and maintain strategic partnerships inside and outside Zegna to create "money can't buy" experiences that surprise and delight the client in conjunction with Personalization Manager - Implement new concepts and event ideas for small, intimate groups and bespoke events focusing on the brand - Possesses deep understanding of competitive landscape and market trends, will report on competitive insights and location activations CVM Collaborate on the development of the regional CVM strategy and outreach campaigns focusing on retention and elevation of all client segments. Ensure alignment with brand and business objectives Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of CVM campaigns and ensure that learnings are applied to future programs Review and analyze NPS results. Partner with respective business leaders to ensure that complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner and underlying issues are addressed. Candidate Profile Location: Singapore Key Experiences - Minimum 10+ years relevant retail management & client engagement experience. Luxury industry as well as hospitality experience. Language - Proficient in Chinese and English, written and spoken Experiences and Traits
