HR Analytics Intern

About the role

Data Collection: Gather workforce metrics from HR systems. Dashboard Creation: Build visual dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in turnover, hiring, and diversity. Report Generation: Deliver regular updates to HR leadership teams. Data Integrity: Clean and audit HR database systems regularly. Predictive Modeling: Forecast future staffing needs and talent gaps. Survey Management: Analyze annual engagement and exit survey data Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineer. Basic knowledge of HR processes and workforce data (e.g., turnover, hiring, engagement) Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts); experience in data handling is an advantage Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Able to organize, clean, and validate data accurately Good communication skills for reporting and presenting insights Willing to learn data analysis and basic forecasting techniques Can handle confidential data with professionalism and integrity Onboarding Requirements: Officially enrolled in a university At least on its penultimate year Enrolled in an internship subject With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school Able to pass the pre-internship requirements Work set-up hybrid Required hours: 240 or up #LI-CG1- cham
