- Create, review, direct and resolve collection litigation matters cost-effectively and in a compliant manner.
- Ensure adherence to relevant company policies, state, federal and local regulations.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Indiana Bar License
- Kentucky Bar License
- FIELD OF STUDY: JD degree from an accredited law school
- EXPERIENCE: No legal work experience required
- CERTIFICATION(S): Juris Doctorate
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Good attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through abilities
- Sound judgment and discretion
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
