Food and Beverage Supervisor

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• General knowledge of bar service, wines, alcohol, etc.
• Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

Assist the food and beverage outlet manager with the entire operation and financial aspect of the restaurant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. What You'll Do as a Food and Beverage Supervisor: Assist the F&B outlet management team in assuring high guest satisfaction.
