Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product analytics, including instrumentation, telemetry setup, data validation, and reporting
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define metrics, success criteria, and experimentation frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics within mid-sized or enterprise environments
  • Experience implementing instrumentation and telemetry, not just consuming reports
  • Hands-on experience with multiple analytics tools such as Pendo, Adobe Analytics, CJA, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and advanced Excel capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently in a team-of-one environment while proactively collaborating across teams

  • Experience working in fintech, healthcare technology, or similarly complex, regulated industries
  • Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional data access and decision-making without formal authority
  • Experience supporting product teams through full SDLC cycles with measurable outcomes

A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 310 Pay Range: $91,000.00 - $136,400.00 Job Description As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will serve as the sole analytics partner embedded within a product team, owning the full lifecycle of product data from instrumentation through insights. You will directly influence product decisions and student outcomes by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable impact.
