Job Description: - Expand the number of activecustomers. - Manage end-to-end recruitmentprocess: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. - Source talent using jobportals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels. - Conduct detailed candidateassessments to ensure job and cultural fit. - Build teams, or buildexceptional personal branding as an independent principal consultant. Client Management & BusinessDevelopment: - Develop and maintain strongclient relationships by understanding hiring needs and providing consultativesolutions. - Generate new businessopportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. - Manage key global accounts,ensuring timely delivery and service excellence. - Develop "share of wallet"strategies enabling clients to access our full ranger of services that you willmanage. Candidate Engagement: - Build and maintain a robustcandidate pipeline across industries. - Provide career guidance,interview preparation, and market insights for candidates. - Ensure high standards ofcandidate care and long-term relationship building. Market Insights & Advisory: - Provide clients with marketintelligence and recruitment strategy feedback. - Share insights with internalteams to improve service delivery and encourage teamwork.
