Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow ITAM

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in:
• ITAM (mandatory)
• HAM Pro / SAM Pro (preferred)
• Asset lifecycle management (mandatory)
• Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs) (mandatory)
• Good understanding of CMDB and asset relationship mapping.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise asset and endpoint management tools.
• Working knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-HAM, or CIS-SAM preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant - ServiceNow with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), including HAM/SAM implementations, asset lifecycle management, integrations, and CMDB alignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with a strong understanding of ITAM processes and platform capabilities. This role is primarily focused (70-80%) on ITAM, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), asset governance, and integrations, while exposure to ITSM, CMDB, and other modules will be considered secondary.
