- Skills & Experience Required
Requirements
- HNC/HND (preferred) or Level 3 Apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 years' relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
- Significant progressive experience in manufacturing/process engineering environments.
- Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Mill/Turn machining (turning focus).
- 3D CAD/CAM proficiency (Siemens NX or Edgecam).
- SolidWorks or Siemens NX CAD experience.
- Fixture design and tooling selection.
- NC post-processing.
- SAP/Solumina experience.
- Lean, Six Sigma, DFM, DFSS, APQP methodologies.
- Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
