Job Description Summary This position is responsible for driving and attaining commercial growth objectives for Imaging modalities in TCA region. Working closely with country commercial leaders, account managers, distributors, product marketing, applications team, region and Global product teams to support developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Job Description Accountable to support to drive commercial growth of PFI Imaging product portfolio Support pre and post tender processes working closely with Commercial Operation Team. Work closely with Modality and Commercial team in enabling and driving business with both short and long-term priorities. Support to develop and implement Imaging sales and marketing strategies to drive growth for Imaging in TCA region markets. Support the commercial team for pre-sales/post-sales activities (including tender specifications , tender document preparations and customer presentations preparation) and to support to drive market share and win rate. Work with country sales leaders, Channel Partners, and account teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets. Manage existing installed base products, ensuring that all customers are engaged and satisfied with product performance and support. Supporting on pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities. Develops deep clinical and technical knowledge including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and healthcare funding mechanisms. Understands and analyses market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities for the country team. Adheres to and upholds highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory and GE Healthcare Codes of conduct. Aware of and complies with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position Maintains knowledge of and understands all applicable Global and Regional Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Local/ Int'l Law is broken. Required Qualifications - BS degree- Engineering , hiring focused on fresh graduates only or up to 1 - 1,5 years of experience from reputable university - Contract duration is maximum 12 months, any extension requests should be approved by 1 over 1 manager & Senior HR. - Influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture within a highly matrix environment - Excellent presentation skills: able to present ideas to customers (internally & externally) in a way that ensures understanding and impact.
